Getting started
What cleaning services do you offer?
We provide regular contract cleaning for businesses, including office cleaning, healthcare & GP practices, communal areas, industrial & engineering sites, leisure facilities and hospitality venues. Every contract is built around your premises, opening hours and how often you need us.
Do you do one-off cleans?
No. We only provide regular contract cleaning on a daily, weekly or fortnightly schedule. We don’t take on one-off jobs such as deep cleans, end of tenancy, construction or fit-out cleans.
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of your premises, what needs cleaning and how often. We visit your site for free, then give you a clear specification and a no-obligation quote – no surprises.
What happens after I get in touch?
One of our directors will contact you to arrange a free site visit. We walk the building, listen to what you need, then send a tailored quote and cleaning schedule. Once you’re happy, a trained team starts on the date that suits you.

Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
Yes. All our cleaners are fully insured, trained and vetted before working on site, and they wear Prime uniform so your staff and visitors know who they are.
How do you make sure standards are kept?
Every site has scheduled quality inspections, logged on digital checklists, so standards are checked rather than assumed. If anything isn’t right, you can speak directly to a director.
What happens if my usual cleaner is off?
We arrange cover for holidays and absence, so your cleaning doesn’t just stop when someone is off.
Can you clean outside normal office hours?
Yes. We offer early morning, evening and weekend cleaning so your team, customers and residents aren’t disrupted.
Working with us
Do you supply cleaning products and equipment?
Yes – all cleaning supplies and equipment are included in your contract.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes, we use safe, eco-friendly cleaning products wherever possible to create a healthier environment for staff and visitors.
Who will I deal with?
